These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of and orders placed on https://visionclub.store/, and orders made via Instagram DM and other social media chats (henceforth together: the “Website”).
Please note that Vision Club does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or available for purchase. Vision Club reserves the right to discontinue a product at any time. Orders can only be placed by persons who are 18 years or older. Vision Club reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. Each purchase is subject to the Terms and Conditions in effect at the date of order submission. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Before finalizing your order, you will have the opportunity to review your selections, correct any input errors, and confirm your total purchase price. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved until the order is placed and confirmed. If a session expires due to inactivity, items may need to be reselected.
Order Confirmation
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email including your order number, product details, payment information, and delivery details. This email serves as an acknowledgment that we have received your order but does not confirm acceptance of your order. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Acceptance and Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing relevant shipping details. The contract between you and Vision Club for the ordered products is only formed once this shipping confirmation is sent. If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you via email or social media.
Product Information
Vision Club strives to present product descriptions as accurately as possible. However, due to display settings, the colors of products shown on the Website may differ from their actual appearance. Product sizing guides are for reference only. If you are uncertain about sizing, please contact us before placing an order.
Prices
Prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include VAT (where applicable). Prices may vary, and Vision Club is not bound by pricing until the order has been accepted and a shipping confirmation has been sent. If a price changes before we accept your order, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed or cancel the order. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:

- Klarna (Invoice/Installments)
All transactions are securely processed. If a payment is declined, your order will be canceled. We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your payment provider.
Delivery
We ship worldwide via PostNord for domestic (Sweden) orders and International Post for the rest of the world.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Sweden: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 4-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-12 business days
The delivery cost is shown at checkout. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
